 Jessica Peterson is the founder of Seven Seasons Advisory, with over 15 years of experience inside financial institutions, most recently serving as a Vice President in Small Business Banking.

Her background is rooted in evaluating businesses under real financial scrutiny, structuring capital, assessing risk, and positioning companies for lending across a range of industries and stages of growth. She worked directly with business owners on lending decisions, financial reviews, and moments that carried meaningful impact on the future of their business.

Her experience includes structuring and evaluating debt across SBA and conventional frameworks, including owner occupied real estate, term financing, and lines of credit, each requiring a detailed assessment of cash flow, risk exposure, and long term financial position. She also supported businesses as they transitioned from small business banking into more complex middle market environments, where expectations around financial structure and performance begin to shift.

Through this work, she developed a consistent ability to assess business performance beyond surface level reporting, understanding how cash flow behavior, financial structure, and overall positioning influence both stability and access to capital.

Over time, a clear pattern emerged. Many capable business owners had financials in place, but those financials were not structured or used in a way that fully supported how decisions were being made.

After experiencing multiple bank acquisitions, she made the decision to step away from institutional environments and work directly alongside business owners, bringing that same level of financial evaluation into real time decision making. Not from behind institutional requirements, but within the business itself.

Her work now focuses on aligning financial structure, decision making, and forward positioning, so businesses operate with clarity internally and stand up under external financial scrutiny when it matters most.
